Using Pushlog

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Pushlog provides changelog hosting, email notification, and widget services for software products. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Your content

You own the content you publish through Pushlog. We don't claim any rights to your changelog posts, project names, or other materials. By publishing content, you grant us the right to host and display it as part of the service (your public changelog page, widget, email notifications, and RSS feed).

Acceptable use

Don't use Pushlog to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails through the subscriber notification system
• Host content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Overload the service with automated requests beyond normal usage

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our billing provider (Clerk/Stripe). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
